Credit Control - Chasing Late Payments

Many people feel uncomfortable asking for money, or simply do not have time to chase down payment, but if you have carried out the work and raised an invoice, then the money is due
to you.

AYC are very experienced and successful in chasing late payments, forming friendly
relationships with the key people in your client's account departments.

The secret is not to let them get too late, so let us keep on top of your unpaid invoices, make sure the invoices have been received and are in line for payment with no queries delaying payment, to sustain your cash flow and no bad debts.

If any payment is not settled within one month, we will call to check everything has been received and booked into the accounts system and in line for payment, sorting out any
missing invoices or problems at that point.

We will then call weekly until the payment is received.

Remember - If you have carried out the work, you are due
the payment.
