We can be your mailing address to deal with any cheques, bills and other correspondence efficiently and responsibly. We can be your marketing force, writing emails and letters with
your letterhead on behalf of your company to generate interest and new leads for your
business. Periodically updating your customer database with current contact details and removing any out of date entries.
On arranging appointments, we would enter all of the relevant information onto
your outlook calendar, so everyone can see at a glance what is happening at any given time.
Divert your incoming calls to us, we will provide a dedicated telephone number for your
business, answer it in your company name and deal with everything that comes in. Details of every call will be emailed directly to you, and any urgent calls re-diverted back to your mobile,
if that is your wish.
You can use our address for your mail, we will answer or store for you, bank any cheques and arrange payment for any invoices. All transactions will be entered onto you accounts package,
be it Sage, QuickBooks, spreadsheet or other.
Quotation given verbally, and/or in pre arranged word or excel format and emailed direct to
your client. Quotation followed up in 2 days to ensure the correct person received it, and
again in 1 week for progress report and again on a regular basis.
Invoices raised on your headed paper as soon as your works completed, and emailed direct
to your client for payment. Paper copy posted if required. The details then added directly to
your accounts system, be it Sage, QuickBooks, excel spreadsheet or other.
Word processing carried out as required, no job too big or too small, excellent value hourly
rate for this. AYC have a VERY experienced word processing team.
Email or post, we will reply to mail, and create new letters as required.
If you provide a database we will clean it for you and update any changes. If you would like us
to source a database, we will keep it updated and continually grow it with your customer base.
